Social media networks have developed quite a number of advertising options during the past few years and many small and medium-sized businesses have taken advantage of those offerings to expand their reach online. But the most recent wave of changes by the major social media networks including Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn leave me wondering: do social networks even want small and medium-sized businesses to advertise with them?
